Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Chemistry Faculty to join our IIT JEE Foundation Program (Classes 8–10) at our Online Division based in Noida. The ideal candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of Chemistry and a strong ability to engage and mentor students preparing for the IIT JEE Foundation level.
As a part of our online division, you will deliver high-quality concept-based classes, clarify doubts, prepare study materials, and guide students in building a strong academic foundation essential for future IIT JEE Main and Advanced success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct live online classes for Chemistry targeting students of Classes 8, 9, and 10 under IIT JEE Foundation curriculum.
- Create and deliver structured lesson plans based on NCERT and Olympiad-level concepts.
- Prepare high-quality questions, assignments, and periodic tests to evaluate student performance.
- Solve doubts during live sessions and through chat/email as needed.
- Analyze student learning patterns and suggest individualized improvement strategies.
- Collaborate with academic coordinators and tech teams to ensure smooth conduct of sessions.
- Maintain timely communication with students and parents regarding academic progress.
- Contribute to content creation including notes, mock tests, and recorded video lectures.
Qualifications:
- Educational Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry or equivalent from a reputed university. B.Tech./M.Tech. candidates with a strong Chemistry background may also apply.
- Teaching Certification (Preferred): B.Ed. or equivalent qualification in education.
Experience:
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching Chemistry for IIT JEE Foundation/Olympiad/NTSE levels.
- Prior experience in online teaching platforms or ed-tech companies is a strong advantage.
Skills Required:
- Strong conceptual clarity in Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry for classes 8 to 10.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage students in an online setup using interactive tools and methods.
- Proficiency in using digital whiteboards, tablets, and video conferencing tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days/Week)
